PRR: INEGI is at the companies’ side in 23 innovation agendas
23 June 2022INEGI is in 23 of the 51 consortia that received a favourable opinion in the second phase of the Business Innovation Mobilizing and Green Agendas, enhancing its positioning as an industry technology and innovation partner.
The next step is the "negotiation phase when the amounts of support will be fixed according to the available financial package”, says IAPMEI - Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation.
Supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), these consortia are led and composed of companies, with universities, and scientific and technological institutions, such as INEGI. The projects that INEGI integrates cover areas such as energy; automotive, aeronautics and space; transports, mobility and logistics; production technologies and process and product industries; raw materials and materials; health and wellness; agri-food; or health.
The Business Innovation Mobilizing and Green Agendas are a component of the PRR and, by 2030, should effectively contribute to the increase in exports of goods and services, the rise in investment in R&D and the reduction of CO2 emissions in Portugal.
