  • Development and testing, on earth, of a plasma and mass spectroscopy sensor systems for Earth observation, produced by additive manufacturing, and of a new 3D printed nano-satellite with integrated structural monitoring systems.
  • Development of a quantitative, real time, characterization system of the composition of the ionosphere using innovative analytical instrumentation.
  • Application of topological and design optimization methods, based on sensorized composite structures, to reduce the volume of the nano-satellite and increase its resistance.
  • Development of materials and manufacturing optimization methods for 3D printing of nano-satellites.
