INEGI renews certification of Quality Management System for consulting and service areas
04 December 2020After obtaining the certification of its Quality Management System (QMS) in 2019, for several areas of consultancy and services, INEGI sees the recognition renewed also this year.
The certification process of the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, issued by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), recognizes INEGI's positioning in the market, particularly considering the strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer orientation in the services provided.
According to SGS, "ISO 9001 certification helps organizations develop and improve performance, demonstrating high levels of quality when offering their contract proposals. Certification occurs after a successful completion of an ISO 9001 audit and allows the organization to operate more efficiently, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, reach new markets, and identify and solve risks ”.
