EMAF 2021: INEGI showcases solutions to help companies face today's production environments

26 November 2021
From the 1st to 4th of December 2021, INEGI will be present at EMAF - Feira Internacional de Máquinas, Equipamentos e Serviços para a Indústria, the largest Portuguese event in the industrial sector, at stand G46 (between pavilions 4 and 5).

INEGI will present its capabilities, namely in the capital goods sector.

Today's production environments demand a growing variety of high-quality, customized products that demand capital goods with greater automation, reconfiguration and data processing capabilities. Therefore, INEGI develops integrated solutions, from idea to solution, in a context of innovation and technology transfer, which help companies to respond to the increasing complexity of production systems.

Some of these solutions will be on display, including a 100% electric double folding machine with optimized speed and accuracy, a real-time production monitoring system with thermographic inspection, and a modular hybrid system for multi-material linear friction welding - including steel and aluminum - and machining. Examples of innovation projects that contributed to the competitiveness of partner companies.

The event takes place at the EXPONOR Congress Center and will bring together professionals from the sector and representatives of the national scientific and technological system, inviting them to participate in moments of networking, sharing ideas and business. Participation is free for those who request an invitation until November 29th.

Future of industry will be up for debate

INEGI is also part of the group of speakers in the cycle of seminars and debates parallel to the event, more specifically, in the joint initiative between the PRODUTECH Forum, EIT Manufacturing and PRODUTECH SIF annual conference, organizations of which INEGI is a partner.

Taking place in room B4 on the 1st floor of Exponor, this session will feature keynote speakers, who will address several areas relevant to the future of the industry, from innovation and digitization of industrial processes, financing opportunities, among other themes. More information about the session program here.

Participation is free, but subject to prior registration, taking into account the capacity of the room.
