Innovation opportunities in the Aeronautics sector discussed in Canada with INEGI’s contribution
INEGIs Director of Composite Materials and Structures was in Canada looking for new opportunities for international projects in collaboration with industry and other R&D institutions.
At the CRIAQs Rendez-Vous Forum (organized by the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Québec), Nuno Correia discussed ideas for projects in the Aeronautics sector, with a community of about 400 industry leaders and researchers focused on this subject.
The event took place in Montreal on September 17th, and aimed precisely at fostering collaboration between companies and R&D entities to leverage Aeronautics innovation worldwide.
The next day was dedicated to a visit the National Research Council Canada (NRC) for a meeting focused on the presentation of competencies and ongoing activities at the NRC and INEGI, to finding ways of working together on topics relevant to both institutes, particularly in the Composite Materials area.
