Tribology and Industrial Maintenance

INEGI has long been developing competencies in Tribology and Industrial Maintenance, i.e., everything that has to do with the Science and Technology of Friction, Lubrication and Wear, as well as their implications for Industrial Maintenance, particularly for Conditioned Maintenance of Machines by Lubricant and Vibration Analysis. For that, INEGI has several laboratories (ex.: Lubrication and Wear, Mechanical Transmissions, Lubricant, Vibration and Noise and Metrology Analysis) fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
