The INEGI’s Board of Directors is committed to managing the Organisation including all its activities by implementing, developing and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The Board of Directors believes that to motivate its employees and pull them together on implementing INEGI’s commitments and regulations is a decisive factor for the INEGI’s strategy.
The Board of Directors empowers the Vice-President of the Executive Committee, as Coordinator of the Quality Committee, the authority to promote, maintain and determine improvements in the Quality Management System.
The Quality Committee supervises the operation of the Quality Management System and coordinates the analysis and processing of results, which should be used for periodic evaluations, including the Review of the Quality Management System.
