INEGI joins European network for the scientific and technological development of green hydrogen

INEGI joined Hydrogen Europe Research (HER), an international association made up of 108 universities and research and innovation entities from 26 European countries.

This network's mission is to boost the scientific and technological development of green hydrogen, and is one of the networks that make up the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, which aims to accelerate the deployment of a European value chain for clean hydrogen technologies.

As a member, INEGI will participate in different technical committees, where the strategic priorities of the sector will be discussed and roadmaps will be drawn up that will support the European Commission in the definition of annual work plans for Horizon Europe, the framework program for financing R&I 2021-2027.

INEGI supports the development of technologies for the entire value chain of green hydrogen, produced from renewable energy sources. It integrates this network with the aim of establishing new partnerships and collaborations, in order to boost hydrogen as a key vector to accelerate a transition to clean energy.
