Actions Plan development for Maintenance Area of Fucoli-Somepal

With INEGI support, the Fucoli-Somepal team studied and developed the Action Plan for the maintenance area on their Coimbra facility. The goal was to improve Maintenance Planning and Management, contributing for a better support to Production, recently reorganized by applying Lean methodologies.

Processes, Indicators, Organization and Information Support Systems fields were approached within the framework of this work.
